ubercms housekeeping halog.php

Hello guys, so i downloaded the ubercms by zap, and noticed there was an awesome script called halogs.php
I got a friend to add a table called cms_alerts because there wasnt one in the database, so he did it for me, after that i sent out a :ha to my hotel to test if this worked, when i looked in the database my :ha was not in the table, and when i go to halogs in my housekeeping i see this message

Can anyone help me with any of this, i guess what im trying to say is i need to get my halogs to save and show on the db and housekeeping
Sorry for my noobie ness, but it confused me a little, any help would be very much appreciated
