uberCMS problem - phoenix 3.11

im using uberCMS and everytime a new user or a user who just came on for the first time or who logged out and logged back in try to open the client, they disconnect the first time and then they have to reload the client and then it works. I'm pretty sure its the user_info


And it does connect, it actually connects on the first try but right after the welcome message it disconnects and then it works everytime after the first disconnection until they log out and then try again, so im pretty sure its the user_info.
