Yes.. I think so but its a hell of a job.. never tried on RevCMS
Just go to .htacces, change RewriteRule ^/index.php?url=news&id=([0-9]+)(|/)$ index.php?url=news&id=$1
to
RewriteRule ^news/([0-9]+)(|/)$ index.php?url=news&id=$1
