    [v26] User stuck behind wall

    Not sure if there's still an active community of people around who developed on or have knowledge about the older Shockwave clients but I'm writing an emulator from scratch for the heck of it.

    Does anyone have an idea on what would cause this? Room heightmap looks okay, user packet *seems* fine...

    I can't think of what would do it other than the fact that I haven't sent the huge packet to fetch furniture revisions (dynamic downloader).

    @b1 4,4,0,4,4/
    I've tried a couple of variations of this packet, none seem to help.

    Are the walls returned from the dynamic downloader and the walls displayed by the client just temporary?

    I guess I could have a bad DCR pack (I've tried two though..) or it's a shockwave problem in my VM (there's some bad font rendering in the client as well).

    It's driving me crazy. Any and all help appreciated.

    I remember having similar problems when warping around with commands before, but not from normal walking. Try testing an already working v26 emulator so you can be sure it's not the dcr.

    Looks like that was it, I was being an idiot!

    It's been a while and I was sending:

    Code:
    @b[room_id] [next_x],[next_y],[next_h],[next_z1],[next_z2]/
    When it should have been:

    Code:
    @b[room_id] [current_x],[current_y],[current_h],[next_z1],[next_z2]/mv [next_x],[next_y],[next_h]/
    Thanks for your reply!
