VPS habbo retro[IIS]

Well i recently bought a vps jsut to put my hotel into creation mode for me and some creators of my hotel, to create rooms/customs..
but i have my hotel working on localhost, but as soon as i add a url to the config it says 404....
im using no-ip at the moment as i dont need a domain as of yet, i have my vps ip in no-ip on my domain but it jsut wont work.i may post my config below.

Install URL Rewrite for IIS and then import your .htaccess file.

Should fix it.

so i import my htacess file into url rewrite, btw do i chage my url rewrite to web.config?

Url Rewrite will generate its own web.config if it doesn't exist already.
