Vps help!

Hello, i was going to buy a vps for my habbo retro, but what i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get my existing hotel onto the vps before i buy it, my hotel is currently on phpmyadmin.

all i need is jsut a short 1-10 instructions or something ti would really help me out alot!!!

Basically a VPS is like a computer,
you connect to it, download all of the programs on the vps,
And make it on the vps.
I can help you making it, but ill need the VPS ip, and password.
