    VPS or Dedicated Server?

Alright, I'm in the making of creating a hotel. But, I'm to of a poor fellow to buy a VPS. I was wondering if I could use no-ip.org and use that to let my users get access to get on the site. If not, then can anyone help me portforward a Clear router? Or direct me to how to portforward a Clear router.

Also, the ports I need to forward and how many times.

I highly recommend using not a no-ip.org domain. For most users it is hard to remember. If you buy a VPS you only need to portforward through your firewall but usually (in most cases!) the ports that are being used by the emulator are automatically added to your firewall.

The ports you have to forward depends on the ports you want to use. You can use any port (except 80 which is for your website).
I personally see no need in a dedicated server if you're not planning on more than 300-400 people online. Usually for small hotels (to 50-75 online) 1gb ram is enough.

But the VPS Provider will accept Retro hotels? And is it possible that the provider block the VPS?

You will use other providers to host DCR's i think so :P

Alright, I would NEVER host a retro on my own PC. People will take down your hotel if they don't like it and that would take down your internet connection.
A cheap VPS is the way to go, you can get some for $10 with 1GB RAM.
