I have this issue a long time ago, but I never asked about. Now, I am a little troubled with it.
All water patch furnitures on habbo.com fills the room correctly, never goes out, like this:
But, in my retro, it looks like this:
It looks really ugly, I wanted the patch fills the same way like habbo.com.
Can anyone tell me how do I fix it?

I seem to have the same issue. I went and tested it on http://boon.pw and they have that issue as well.
Maybe @Sledmore has a fix for this that he just hasn't applied to Boon? Or reasoning as to why it happens?

And isn't there a way to force it not go out from room when it's in the border, and instead it, fill it, like in habbo.com?

I do not really do much on furni side of things but looks like your on your way to a fix, keep increasing the number until you run out of interaction types.
I put more than 200, and it works. It's a little annoying to click so many times to adjust it, but I got what I wanted.
