Problems with website

Hi i'm having a big problem, i can enter into my website but when somebody tries they can't.
I'm leaving here my config file if there's something wrong.

I have also opened the ports, but maybe i've to open another port or i don't know. If u need more screenshots let me know it.

I'm running it at home on my computer, what should i do? I'm using xampp too.

I would advise you check your router that you are allowing port 80 and it is forwarding to your computers IP address

I have executed netsat in cmd, what mean all of those time_wait? what is wrong?

No i'ts not open but i did on my router why is not working?

Have you configured all requests to your external IP address to forward to your internal IP address that is running xmapp ?
