You should put the files inside the CMS on the htdocs folder not the whole folder. (CMS)

Did you write the right details on the config.php?
It might be the reason that you ain't seeing your index.

I just did but that error is still there.Should I stop MySQL and then start it again?

Only have Teamviewer, I can download skype.

This is because you don't have an index page at this directory.

Make an empty file called 'index.htm', upload to your website root directory, and the page will show 'just blank', hiding these folders...

Or if this is not what you want, you should find the index files of your websites and move to the root directory.
