this is Web-Based-Game ?
if this is Web-Based-Game, i want to know how to install this game on my VPS..
what step must i to do ?

You first of all need a good VPS ( Virtual Private server )

You need a good Web-Server i recommend IIS as that one is pretty safe.

Then you would need IlluminaCMS or any other good CMS you can find here.

Get Bcstorm or Swift emulator the choice is yours.

Search a tutorial and your of to go.
