Where do i start? Advice & Help?

I have been playing habbo/retros for around 2-3 years now and have considered working on my own hotel development. I would like to try work on a successful R63B Hotel which would hopefully succeed to be a credit to the retro community.

I have no experience of coding, preventing DDOS attacks and so on.. And stringing the hotel together itself would also be a challenge for me but, i am perfectly capable of reading from tutorials and would like to learn the ins and outs of creating a successful hotel. I do want to learn and would appreciate anyone who could even guide me in the right direction.

I would appreciate if someone with any knowledge of this could tell me how much they would estimate the hotels costs (everything, license, domain, vps etc.) An honest price rather than the cheapest and least reliable would be appreciated.

I stress i have no knowledge of coding, editing cms and so on although am eager to learn all that would await me in the process of creating a successful hotel.
