Ok so whenever I use a proxy it randomly disconnects users. I've been trying to fix this now for a while but I have no idea whats causing it.

You mean to say a tcp proxy? I suggest gettimg one from hostsavour or x4b.org. They caused no problems for me during my times of hosting a retro.
It's emulator side man, I have no idea what's causing this. I've tried different Proxies and they all seem to do it.
I remember now. I've had this problem before on my hotel called HabZen. It was running on plus emu , and the proxy i had bought was giving the same issue as you. I discussed the matter with the owner of the proxy site and we came to know it was proxy side , not emu.
After fixing this problem , I made a guide for my friend (the owner of the proxy site) in his request to setup tcp proxy for a retro , you can find it here

You may try to purchase a tcp proxy from there , it should work , hopefully. Or contact your tcp proxy provider , they might try to resolve the issue for you.
so this will stop the random reloads? I've tried HostSavor Proxies, My own on a Linux server from OVh. Are you sure this will stop the random Reloads?
