with ankkaEmulator v2.1 Furniture_xml.xml and furniture.txt

i need help me to in problem of the furniture xml for converting this file in txt
without any kind can cause error converting of SwftEmu Furniture.txt to Furniture_xml.xml of ankkaEmulator ¿is there any way to make them compatible?
