Follow a tutorial online on how to port forward but I would recommend purchasing a Virtual server.

Yes it does replace hamachi and you can find cheap vps hosting on the web

No not necessarily, your emulator would have to be running 24/7 aswell. A VPS does not automatically mean 24/7 uptime. And port forwarding is not the same as a VPS. A VPS is basically a virtual desktop you can access via Remote Desktop Connection, while port forwarding is opening your routers ports so others can access your localhost.

So I need to have the CMS and everything on xampp and then portforward?
Doesn't matter which order it's done; but users will not be able to play unless everything is setup correctly.
