Woodpecker V3 with fixes or good oldskool emu! request

Hello PPL!

I am looking for woodpecker v3 with swim/trax etc. all working.
The version i found was not ok with swimming and some public rooms (autokicked when join) also trax and the beds are not working....



Used this one, it isnt working with trax and what i said at the begin:

I want to release a stable oldskool hotel, but i need an secure sql emu, this one is perfect and fast.. But many bugs.
But... If you know C# and be sure this small things can be fixed, let me know! I will donate for it, if required.

If someone wants to help with the project it would be cool!
Saw habbzo had a good emu, so i try to get that one, money/hosting is not the prob.

I worked some time together with @Near on the Woodpecker edit shown in the video. We added most of those features listed in the video title (in the most hackish way imaginable, but hey, it somehow worked). Source is lost however :(
