xampp cant connect from other computer via hamachi

i can access my xampp habbo retro from my hamachi ip but if i try on different computer it will not display anything what am i doing wrong ????

Try allowing XAMPP, Hamachi and your Emulator through your firewall

i cant open firewall it gives me an error 0x6D9

nevermind fixed the firewall with regedit it works now , solved !
