You are not recognised by the hotel database

So when people try to log on the hotel sometimes it says "You are not recognised by the hotel database" then it disconnects the user.

I am using butterfly and have no idea what causes this, I really need some help!

I presume they are not being registered to the database, have a look if the username is registered in database.
