~Setting Up The Database~
Once xampp is installed, shut off skype or anything like that running, then start you're apache and mysql.
Once you've done all that go to localhost/security
Change your password to whatever you would like, remember this password or you'll be screwed.
Go to localhost/phpmyadmin
Login with the details you used for localhost/security
Make a database, name it whatever your heart desires.
After you created your database
go and import your database
it'll be found it your phoenix folder.
Once you finished importing the database, it should have all these files,
if not then redo the importing part of the tutorial.
Go to revcms 1.9.9.9 if you downloaded all the files correctly
with winrar, you should go to app --> managment --> config.php
and edit that will all you're hotels information.
Once you're in your config.php edit everything that is in red.

and put all the files in revcms 1.9.9.9 in htdocs.
And go and search xampp in the top right corner
An easier way would be to go to run --> c://xampp/htdocs
delete all the files exisiting in htdocs, and replace it with all the files
in revcms 1.9.9.9
Go into your phoenix emulator folder and edit what is in red
