Put in MySQL host: localhost.
Because you dont need to change to MySQL host.
That is only if you connect to an external MySQL host.

No, if you using no-ip you will have Free Dynamic DNS server users dont need to connect with password and usernames. Its much more easier

Go to your database (localhost) Login and click the tab 'database' then up the top of the page find 'SQL' click that and copy this code:

ALTER TABLE `users` ADD `seckey` VARCHAR(999)

Paste that then hit 'go' and that will be fixed.

and put 'http://' after '='
