How to setup PHPRetro the right way

I try to stop FileZilla, but it doesn't stop. It says it's busy, and that it's still running. How do I stop it from running?

Go To 127.0.0.1 So You Can View It; And Register On No-ip.org And Register A No-Ip Domain And Give People That;D
And Check Out The Question/Answers At The Bottom Of Thread. Loader Problem Fix Is There; If You Have Tried That Check Your Dcrs. ( I Reccomend Dcr-Host.com For Dcrs.

This Isnt Really A Tut For Hamachi. Check Out Other Tuts For Hamachi;D
And Check The Mus.php File Or Something Along Those Lines And See If Its All Correct..

Is There A Register Sign When Downloading? Then It Might Send You A Key To Your Email :)
