Good Tut, This Download Does Not Work On A Hosting Site? Can You Help?
When I go to http://localhost/ at the end, there isn't an installer there. I used a different Emulator though because there's no download link for any of the 3. Is that why?

2) And then "site" for management.

Very annoying with tut's that says "phpretro the right way" when they do'not even have the emulator links :p I hate go searching for the emulators on the web u see :p

xD It isn't dead. Just open your Xampp control panel and make sure that Apache and Mysql are running xD
