How to setup - RevCMS & Cracked Phoenix (v3.6) [Pics][Noob friendly]

ahhh i cant get it to work and no one is trying to help me!!

Hey I got a problem, because i got 400 error I installed HeliconAPE because I heard that would solve it now when I go to browser: localhost I get:

Configuration Error

I use Windows Server 2003.

Phoenix download no longer works.

You can find a more recent build/version in the 'Release' section. =P

Go to: localhost/app/class.users

and find this code: if($engine->num_rows("SELECT * FROM users WHERE ip_reg = '" . $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] . "'") == 1)

and replace width: if($engine->num_rows("SELECT * FROM users WHERE ip_reg = '" . $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] . "'") == 2)

thanks mate it works bbut 1 problem..........when i clikc client it just comes up with a blue screen and at the top it says 404! anyone got any fixes please?

Hello. Nice tutorial, but when i type localhost in my browser, it just says
