Hey RaGEZONER's, I have had alot of people commenting "HELP" on my tutorial of making a phoenix R63 Retro.
So I have made this tut, more to come, about editing simple things in your database. As some "n00bs" can't do it.
So first Question:
[Q] How to change users starting credits?
[A] It's quite easy to change it really, go onto "PHPMyAdmin", and go into your database. Then click the "Pencil/Edit" next to "users". Then go to the "Structure" tab, with the other tabs. Then you should see the starting credits ect ect. Change what you need to change [Credits most likely] then click "Go" or "Save". Quite simple really.
Second Question:
[Q] How do I add a catalogue page?
[A] This is one of the simplest tips you need to know, it's VERY Simple. Log into "PHPMyAdmin", go into your database. And click "Pencil/Edit" on the "catalogue_pages". Then click "Insert", make the "id" ANY numbers that aren't used for any other pages, and one that you'll remember. Set the "page_id" "-1" to be out of a section. The other things really, are simple and no need to explain. Have fun having a extra page.
Third Question:
[Q] Why won't when I add a rank the permissions won't update?
[A] Well, it's quite simple. Add the rank in housekeeping, E.G Owner. Then go to "PHPMyAdmin", log into your database. And click the "Pencil/Edit" next to "permissions_ranks", then click "Insert". Then set the rank to 8 if this is the first rank you've added. And make everything "1" [If owner rank, 1 is they get it, if 0 they don't have that permission.] Then click "Add/Go". Go into your hotel, and type ":update_permissions" and the ranks permissions are now updated.
