Some basic MySQL errors!

THE TITLE IS MEANT TO BE "Some basic EMU errors!"
Sorry about any confusion!


Error #1

The above error is the fact that...
1) localhost doesn't have a 'L' it has a 'l'.
2) EVERYWHERE that it needs your IP or say's localhost delete whatever is at the end of the line...
FOR EXAMPLE:
Let's say the top of my config file was like this...

## MySQL Configuration
db.hostname=Localhost - Hamachi/Vps/Dedicated IP Address
db.port=3306
db.username=root
db.password=PASSWORD
db.name=DATABASE

I would change it to:

## MySQL Configuration
db.hostname=localhost
db.port=3306
db.username=root
db.password=PASSWORD
db.name=DATABASE

That is error number one...

The above error is because you have not put the right password in for your localhost OR haven't configured a password yet. Which would be stupid because... how would you put your DB in? O.o

HOW TO FIX:
Go to:
1) http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php
2) http://127.0.0.1/security/xamppsecurity.php
Set up a password....
I have my settings to html encryption not cookie encryption (DA COOKIEZ MAKE MY BROWSER SLOWZZZZ)
Once you have set up a password go to
1) http://localhost/phpmyadmin
2) http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin
And login. You should be able to do the rest if you can't dont make a hotel....

Well done, but I was giving this as a rough tutorial.
localhost is my host, I was using my experience to help others.
