[TUT] 2011 - How to make an Old School Habbo Retro! [TUT]

I know this is kinda off topic but, before r53 everyone used to play Old-School instead of habbos v53

Old school is dead now everyone knows how to make one its so easy but good tut

everytime i try to open my server is says "" Compent 'MSWINSCK.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"" AND IVE TRIED GETTING NEW SERVERS ive tried bloodline v3 zer0 v1 debbo 3.5 didnt have database editor and when i clicked create hotel it says "" Run time error '76' Path not found "" ;/ i need help
