After you download xampp , you need to install it . Select the destination , Next .Choose Y or N which you think that are needed.
2] Starting Apache and Mysql Server
After install, you should open the file destination
E.g : C:\ or E:\ depends on your setup destination .
And now at the file destination . Find
/xampp/xampp-control
And open it
Now start apache and mysql
3] Setting up passwords
Now opens up : Xampp security
You will see something like this :
Ignore Current password . thats because i already have a password
Fill the password form and click password changing .
Remember the password!
4] Creating Database
Now go to : Phpmyadmin
You can see something like this . Login : root , the password that you set early.
Now make a database like this . Click create.
5] Upload Database
After you create you will be directed on your database now click Import .
The results is 136 tables.
6] Extract RevCms
After downloads Revcms, Open it up using winrar . Select all the file inside it and drag it into /xampp/htdocs .
The results become like this .
7] Setting RevCms
After Extract [6] , open : " app/management/config.php " using notepad or notepad++.
You can use Notepad++ by right-click the file and click Open by notepad++ ,BUT you must install it first to make that things visible.

8 ] Setting SWFS.
After you downloaded the swfs.Open swfs.rar and download destination.
Now drag the swfs folder to /xampp/htdocs
9 ] Setting externals_variables .
After copy-paste ,Open xampp/htdocs/swfs/external_variables.txt use notepad or Notepad++.

Now Delete all the things inside the .txt .
Now copy my externals
On your keyboard press End button and copy that in scroll bar.
And paste it on external_variables . Now save it.
10] Extract Emulator
After downloaded bcstorm.rar , Open it and extract anywhere you want . As Mine , I extract it in my htdocs file.
Results :
11 ] Setting Emulator
Open /bcstorm/bin/debug/Settings/configuration.ini
