    ClashROSE server file

    Since I have no more interest on deving ROSE thing, just want to share this file to everyone.
    packet error are already fixed so no worries.
    Files are tested on any vps server which is windows 2012, well theres a chance to map freeze if you uses windows2008 vps.
    If you are using normal pc with videocard, well there will be no prob

    I also have the fixed file thesame as Raven post here on RG, will upload that soon too

    the other file that I have is a little bit buggy in terms of coding

    dont use 2008, if your server cannot run a client then its not recommended, there will be 100% chance of map freeze
    so use 2012 .. if a PC/server can run any rose client it means the videocard is open and there will be no problem regarding overflow of cpu usage
