Rose Online Launcher v1.0 by nhed57, found it with my old files.
I just want to share it with everyone and if it already found in ragezone i will be deleting this "Thread". The reason i shared this because some people are trying to look around and cant find a good link to download it. I also have a link for neoncube launcher if you need it please tell me.

How can i create my own Rose Online Server ? give me some link for the tools and for the sample rose online server which is i can use it for offline. so i can practice.
