He said that he has the C4 Official Files 100 % Originales(Retail) and when he finish uploading the files he is going to give as the link.
He never said anything about selling this. And because he is tired to translate everything to spanish now he wants that you take the job to translate him.

Descarga eso tranquilo, adentro estan los manuales en coreano , manuales "OFICIALES", GUIAS NCSOFT.
