change max level?

has anyone figured how to change the max level instead of 75 to 99 or 100?

i was thinking of editing the all the PC list but is there any other place i should change?

yeah me also wanna know if it is possible to change to lvl 100

in the PC parem the max lvl is 80, but it ends at 75... do you have to hex to get lvl 100 or is it possible to change it elsewhere?
