Changing Exp , SP and Adena ammount [ How ? ]

Sorry guys I will have to ask for the same favor of someone making me a 3x 3x 3x 3x npcdata file. Whenever I run the converters we seem to lose NPCs in several towns.

ok pplz... but how about changing the spoil/sweep rate ?? if any1 can tell i'd be gratefull....
or maybe some1 could make me 15x/16x/20x/20x/25x (exp/sp/adena/item/spoil)
