Changing Exp , SP and Adena ammount [ How ? ]

I tried this out, and the xp rate changed, sp didn't, adena changed somewhat? Drops changed somewhat? And spoil rate, no freaken clue. Is this the actual way to change the rates or is there some other trick to it?

Edit: Figured out my problem. My default values were already at 5x. Can someone link up a 1/1/1/1/1 file for me? Thanks alot in Advance.

i said you can find npcdata with default rates in server package. in there are now, just search by forum. it is also here and can be founf easy.
one more possible trick needed is set locale to english. but i'm not sure its really needed. it needed for other program but possible not by last one.

Id like XP: 4x SP: 5x Adena: 7x Drops: 3x

Help me plz i need npcdata_exp3_sp3_adena3_drop2_re2 and npcdata_exp1_sp1_adena1_drop1_re1

npcdata_exp1_sp1_adena1_drop1_re1 is default,so you dont need it,and others...e..noone even thinking of helping:(

Im using the 3x one right now. I can use another one as well that I have but id like to make a exp 5x sp 5x adena 5x and drops 5x

Ive been trying to do it with the program using all the tips everyone has given but for me I just cant get it. If someone can graciously make all 5x for me that would be great.
