Which server are you using? Are you using the chinese base with hicks modifications? Did you open your clean npcdata.txt in notepad and save it in ANSI and then use the program then open it up again in notepad and save it as unicode???Quote:

Do you know what the "re" does or mean?
Btw, the npcdata changer works fine for me. You really have to follow the directions. Use Wordpad to change the file between Ansi and Unicode.

Can you post a screenshot of the error you get? The program sould work fine unless something your running on your computer is conflicting with it (unlikely). More then likely though, your not following the instructions posted.Quote:

When you choose Save As... in WordPad, there will be a drop down menu on the bottom called "Save As Type". If you click on it, it will give you the option to save in other formats. You sould see MS-DOS and Unicode options there.Quote:

how do I know when the program is done making the file. WHen I click the big button to start the rates thing. I give it like 2 minutes then I try to press the x in the corner to close program and it always messes with my computer.
