If you read back a few pages it tells you how to do it with NPCDATACONTROL tool. quite easy.

just take your orig npcdata.txt from servers /script folder

open in Notepad. goto "Save as" .. and put "encoding" to ANSI. then save in same folder as npcdatacontrol.exe .. start npcdatacontrol.exe and set it however you want. then when your done hit that top button on tool "?????" .. then hit ok on popup.. it will process.. then after done close npcdatacontrol.. optn that file it made up with notepad.. and save as npcdata.txt (but put the encoding back to "Unicode") .. put that npcdata.txt into your servers /script folder and overwrite old one... easy as that.

just incase you cant figure it out. here ya go all 4x :zoo_fox4: < :pig:

I've got two most n00by questions.

First - are the files with npcdata in this thread for Chinese or English version of the server, or they will work for both?

Second - can I still change xp/sp rates if I have those files? I realise it's much easier than adena rate.

Hi all. this is big rate topic ... We have server with 5x .. but something is weird, because on l2orphus is any monster with item X and chance rate is 25% = with our 5x rate = must be 100% chance to get item.
But players kill 200 monsters to get 2 this item.. isn't this ridiculous? Other drop chances are OK..

btw > Is here any "master" who can make ai.obj quest reward rates 5x? Or post file with another rates?
Or is here any nice tool like npcdatacontrol for changing quest reward rates?
I dont know another big servers.. but I think editing whole ai.obj is job for loooong time.. Can anybody help me? I want change quest reward rates to 5x (or around), Because its "fun" when u get 500a as reward from quest where u get 2,5k adena from each monster.. :(

ну и заодно проверяет файл на глючность т.е. заменяет все пробелы на табуляцию (т.к. это таблица где разделитель именно табуляция)
в конфиге указываются все переменные можно некоторые переменные не писать, это не принципиально.
например нужно поправить файл itemdata.txt - на табуляцию=пробелы смело удаляйте в конфиге все строки кроме code_page=Unicode и все. :toilet_cl
