Maybe you have seen this before... maybe you havnt.
Its taken from l2admin images folder.
It looks like the complete lineage 2 map, with all geodata references... but who knows.
Remember l2admin was released with chronicle 1, and this map was in there then, way before chronicle 2,3 and 4. But if you check the map, all chronicle 2,3 and 4 areas are there and pretty much the same as how they have been released.
So is the rest of this map what we have to come? who knows !

They already said that there wont be any chronicle anymore. just some major updates.
That map you show there was might planned once but will never get in the game.
after c5 there will be a new game called Lineage III... no more chronicles...
