Got a prob with petitionserver(C1 server)

i followed the guid fully and everythign worked just fine then i wanted to edit the registered server in sql like in the guide said and i got a message like "Not associated SQL Connection with user "Admin""then i just clicked ok and tried to log in MSSQL ...i couldnt....i edit the reg again and i could connect then i thought i try to start server without this.....started Log/cache/auth everything fine....then i started petition typed in server line Local in Username "Admin" and in password my password db was petition and i clicked ok....2mins later the same window popedup again and it wont connect could you guys help me at this please i'd really appriciate it

EDIT 1:
I tried with not using the petition thing ....lineageserver.exe load up just fine but then i started l2NPC.exe it load up.....got a error in a file i dont even have and started to loop in a connection to a server...i guess to the petition server because it failed all the time and all other server just loaded fine(expect the petition server)

No i dont think the peti server even works since its the prelude version.. not really sure since I havent bothered with it but i know you dont need to run it at all

It's hardcoded looks like with the wrong version prelude using a diffrent dataline encription w/e call it tried just got up lol... like it's 419 now I think it was diffrent for it not sure... Plus dioffrent tales im guessing it just does not match up with l2server.exe

Ok I thought some punctuation might help..

What I was trying to say is why not just forget about petition server? Does your l2server run?

i got everything working and tried a few things with the petition thing and i got to the point that if you dont run the petition server you get a 9999ms ping and cant connect(i tried it more then once and get dc from server at server select when i dont run the petition server) and i got the petition server fully running everything is fine now only the rates sucks anus >_< i already asked 3 or 4 times or even more that someone could make me the highest rates possible in the npcdata.txt but til now noone replied to it.
