Is there any way to run server as service?

Is there any way to run server as service?
I tried to do it with program FireDaemon, and it works. But i can't see server windows. :(

Thats because ur running it as a service, you can run it as a system service but you'll not see windows, I guess it would work as a service but, the problem is some of the programs need to start in a certain timed order...

I think you can setup services with dependencies and wait periods but you wont be able to see the windows...
