Quite a few people have been asking me if they could use my loader program for their own servers. So, because of demand, I've decided to release it to the public.
I have a patch program I made that allows for a person to patch their user's Lineage II or Ragnarok clients easily. It can even allow an admin to patch L2 through the Hosts method.
