I translated most of the site, its lookin pretty nice, however, some of the features dont work, like logging into your accoutn to view details, change password etc, the registration is also VERY annoying at times, and its VERY picky with ur info u enter...
ill post what ive gotten so far in a minute :D

problem how did you fix
installed the activex file, edited the conn.asp
also, DO NOT PUT 'Encrypt' inside conn.asp, you have to leave it at 'None' or else ull get the activeX error.
This page is made so that it will not let you login without activeX correctly installed.
If you get an activeX error, go into your conn.asp and put 'none' where you sys_type=
Signup and Login at my site - http://24.162.152.58/L2RegWeb to test it.
Dont change it back to 'Encrpt' until you've Done the steps below.
How to install this reg page~
1)Install IIS.
2)Install and setup your MSSql DB.
3)Extract the L2Reg-E.zip file to your "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\" folder.
4)Edit your Config.asp and Conn.asp files respectively.
5)Run the file 'Install.exe' in the ActiveX folder.
5)Go to 'Start' --> 'Run' --> type CMD, and Press 'OK'.
6)Type cd C:\inetpub\wwwroot\L2Reg-E\ActiveX and press 'Enter'.
7)Type Regsvr32 testterry.dll and press 'Enter'.
6)Go to--->
'Start'
'Control Panel'
'Administrative Tools'
'Component Services'
Double Click 'Compenent Services' in the right side of the window.
Double Click 'Computers' in the right side of the window.
Double Click 'My Computer' in the right side of the window.
Double Click 'COM+ Applications' in the right side of the window.
Click 'Actions' at the top of the window, and click 'New'.
Click Next, Select 'Create an Empty Application', Enter a name and select 'Server application' and click Next.
Enter a username and password if you wish, if not, click next and click Finish.
Now you should be able to view your page and Login to it without getting the ActiveX error while having 'encrypt' put into conn.asp.
Hope this makes sense, its 3:30am XD
P.S. On thing i found about this website is its made to be able to change pw and other information on the account, however the pages are no where to be found :p

ok cool that problems fixed....i did everything you said but know its comes up with a HTTP internal server error 500.....
Do you have the correct username and password in the conn.asp file?
yes i have one and it was workin,,,,,, do you have a msn addy i can add you to cuz it would be easyer if your not 2 busy....
