Non-registered world server?

can someone tell me what i am doing wrong ?
or even better can soemone help me make the server and ill give u a GM position =)

If your using the simplified guide, go back to each file you edited (in the first section of the guide) and check and see if theres a WorldID= in it. It must be the same as the last numbers of your internal ip just as it says in the guide. He just neglected to mention all the other WorldID= that must be changed.
