Looks to be like the problems in the language file, there should be some sort of LocalizerRessource somewhere that you can swap out, and i belive a english version of this is already in the L2Server.rar

Find the file, drop it in and edit the path in L2Admin's config.. that'd be my best guess

No, its a problem with ASP.NET, either not installed or not the right version.

Open up command prompt -> Start -> Run -> Type CMD and press ok then type the following
    C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
Press Enter, and then find your L2Atl.dll, Right click on it, go to properties, then click the Security tab, and add ASP.NET user to full control of L2Atl.dll, and it should work fine.

Now then, now that ive helped you, can you remove some of the crap stickies and sticky some of the more useful stuff? Id apreciate it...
