Plz I need help from any skiller

I do everythink what is in the guide. I down your nice server files and try to install. I installed MSSQL, and I let it on windows authentication ...
Now I have everything ready, I tried start server. 1st. Cache have many errors, but starts, Auth server have many errors and start, L2server starts with: cant log DTB and in while go down with: no log found
I dont know why, I tried it more then 5x. Everything is with guide and is regular. Plz is there anybody who knows, what is with it?
I tried to read many posts here on this forum, and I were not able to find out any reason.

Windows authentication wrong.
Use the guide for how to setup L2off server .
C1 guide its the same way like karnage package.

I have problem with login. Server looks good, and it is running. But If I want to login, I see online status but nothing happend. Firstli on acc is possible to create char, when you create, no char will be displayed on choosing screen. Secondly you log in, server dont let you pass, and write error (cannot load day uesed tim for account id 1)
I dont know what with, I am sitting more then 20 hours here on this chair and triing to run the server. Plz, I need help.
