Pre-install question

Iam going to start an install tommorow and Iam debateing on what OS to go with, My processor is a Pent D 930 and I would like to utalize the 64 bit processing. Iam just not sure with what OS to go with. I have Both copies of Server 2003 and I have a copy of Win XP Pro 64 bit.

I read a tid bit that there MIGHT be some trouble with pro 64 but wasnt able to find anymore then a tid bit. I know that (or think lol) 2003 will run both cores and show my ram (4 gigs) but I didnt know if going with the 64 bit Os would help any or actually hurt.
