which auth server are you using. Are your accounts registered with encryption on or false?
i am using authserver 411
and in the config.txt from NewAuth is NewEncrypt = false
' Encrypt or decrypt L2AuthD(otherwise will say password not match)
' 1) When using L2AuthD_encrypt.zip then set sys_type = "encrypt"
' 2) When using L2AuthD_decrypt.zip then set sys_type = "none"
sys_type = "encrypt"
but i think its client side, the client connects to the Original(official) server from www.lineage2.com

There might be something else there, just make sure your using all project c2 config files
hmm, i have the whole project c2 and all files right modified. Its 100% client problem

client still connects to the official server, hmm should i change the l2.ini or must i use 98.rar in the system folder?
Or 98.rar is only to get a C1 client working on C2 server?
I have only edited the hostfile to my ip + l2testauthd.lineage2.com

use 98.rar then edit the ip in l2.ini.
ok have added the 98.rar and now i cant start the c2 client.

in l2.ini just put your server ip not encryption etc.

ok this patch work, but must i encrypt/decrypt the l2.ini? i have decrypted/encrypted it with l2encdec241 and it doesnt work, any ideas?
ahh i dont must do any with the .ini only insert the ip, but i cant connect 9999ms
ok now i can connect and play, looks cool all emotics work etc. but when i try //summon 9037, 9038, 8000 or 8001 nothin happens in the inventory :S the chat window say me Earned. but i dont see any of this summons in the inventory, pls help!!!!
