find file, called lineageII.exe, in "unused" folder, copy(or move) it to game's root folder, run it and patch your existing c1 client dl the full update exactly from NCsoft for free, but it will take much time and it's nearly unreal using modem (but i don't think you use that one)
in other way, you may just find zip archieve, containing only updated files, but it's "heavy" enough

Theres not need to spam. Even after they posted links you tell him to use search. Thats considered spamming. Thats what makes people not like RZ all the time so please watch what you say when you say it and how!
