u think I should try 10,000 and see if the pending write wont be so high?
also my server is pretty new. For almost a week server ran fine without crashed for 3 days straight (id reboot at 3 days). Yesterday server crashed, then today it crashed again, rebooted, less than 2 hours later crashed again. I dont see anything in l2logd logs or l2server logs, so I was thinking hmm maybe its a hacker doing some flood attack or something. Because the server would become inaccessible through remote desktop. Id have to get a manual reboot done.

nah i doubt its a hacker, but, what are your pc specs again? 30k sounds to high but i could be wrong , maybe you got an uber beefed up pc :p
I run dual opteron systems and mine was doin fine at 3,000 iobuffer
but on windows 2003 my likes to shit itself -,-

i have dual xeon 3.0ghz machine. (windows 2003)
Weird thing is I have to get a manual reboot done, whenever something happens. I dont see any bad errors in the logs for l2server. So im not sure exactly why the server would crash.
pending write looks high from what you say yours is.
