    Which Database software to use.

Im just wondering if anyone has any luck getting the server to run with MSDE? Is it required to have dev edition, or Enterprise editon? Iv set it up to use MSDE and get an error which i think is related to this so im trying to find out what other people used and what works.

it comes with its own tools Null, thats the version that the guides said didn't work with XP (MSSQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition Eval).

Microsoft Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 1 (SP1) or later
