How FlyHotel said, you need to pay it with duckets. ( 650 so the maximum you can get ). But I think you get the Haloompa from it, because there is a thunder in the the swf. I dunno.

Its a good and a simple theory, but why they should put a strange theme as a april fool? Sounds a bit lousy.
