You should edit them with the command ':flagme' like on Habbo.com (on Habbo.com you change it in the tutorial but many emulators do not have this).

HabboLatino has injections, but the CMS is SECURE and can not be hacked, people can only hack you via Xampp or via your emulator.

¿Why do I get 'No data was recieved to import. Or the file name has not been sent or the file size has been exceeded by your PHP configuration' when I import the database?
Because your php.ini configuration does not allow you to upload such big files. You have two options, the first is to edit your 'php.ini' (recommended) and the second is to open the 'sphera.sql' with notepad and copy and paste it into the SQL window in phpMyAdmin, if it gives you an error ignore it and go wait go to structure and it will be fine.

Yes, go to your database and put '0' in the 'username_register' box under 'cms_settings'.
